Community Hubs
Accessible gathering places that serve as launching pads for community activities — safe, welcoming, and open to the general public.
Your Gateway to Community Activities
Community hubs are gathering places used before and after community activities. They serve as convenient meeting points and transition spaces that support smooth community participation.
Accessible
All community hubs must meet accessibility standards, ensuring everyone can use the space comfortably.
Sheltered
Hubs provide shelter in inclement weather, ensuring activities can proceed rain or shine.
Public Use
Hub locations must be used by the general public — not disability-specific spaces.
Capacity Limits
Maximum of 6 participants per provider at any one time to maintain an integrated environment.
Independent Sites
Cannot be the home of support staff or anyone on the provider's board or executive committee.
Activity Launch
Serve as launching pads for community activities — places to gather, plan, and depart together.
