As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Out Reach Caregiving Services LLC, Donya Weldon brings a deep passion for community-based services and a commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Under her leadership, Out Reach has become a respected CPS provider in Pennsylvania, known for its person-centered approach and unwavering commitment to community integration.

Donya King

As Co-Founder and Program Manager of Out Reach Caregiving Services LLC, Donya King plays a vital role in shaping the organization's vision and translating it into day-to-day impact. She helped establish Out Reach alongside Donya Weldon, bringing a shared commitment to empowering adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

In her role as Program Manager, Donya oversees the design, coordination, and delivery of Community Participation Support services. She ensures each participant's Individualized Support Plan is faithfully implemented, leads staff training in person-centered practices, and maintains strong partnerships with community organizations, employers, and ODP coordinators across Philadelphia and the surrounding region.

Her hands-on leadership fosters a culture of dignity, inclusion, and continuous improvement — helping participants build meaningful relationships, develop employment skills, and engage fully in their communities.
